No. You can start your FocusT free trial without a credit card. You’ll only add payment details if you decide to continue with a paid plan.

 The main differences are:

  • Screenshots: Basic stores for 3 months, Advanced stores for 6 months.
  • Video recording: Basic doesn’t include it, Advanced includes continuous video recording stored for 7 days.
  • Price: Basic is $5.5/user/month, Advanced is $8.0/user/month.

 Yes. The Basic package already includes screenshots and is more affordable than many competitors’ plans that don’t offer screenshots.

 

The Advanced package includes continuous video recording (stored for 7 days) — an excellent value for teams needing deeper insights.

 The Free Trial lasts for 3 months, after which the account is deactivated.

What features are included in the Free Trial? The Free Trial includes:

  • Maximum 2 users
  • 1 month attendance data retention
  • Screenshots and video recording are not available

 This package is typically equivalent to the Advanced plan, but it’s provided through our official partners to let their customers explore all FocusT features. The duration and access limitations may vary depending on partner agreements. Please contact your partner for more details.

The maximum count of platform users and host users determines the number of billable users. FocusT supports parallel work sessions of a single employee across multiple hosts. Soon, the platform will also provide detailed usage statistics per host.

If one employee works from multiple computers, how many users does that count as? If one employee works from 10 different hosts (each host having a dedicated username assigned to that employee), the total billable user count will be 10.

No minimum for Basic and Advanced packages. The Free Trial is limited to 2 users maximum.

 If a customer has a FocusT partner in their region (for example, FlexAp in Armenia — https://www.flexap.am), we recommend signing the contract directly with the partner. This allows for personal onboarding, local support, and sometimes even temporary partner discounts.

Will partner pricing be more expensive? No. Prices will never be higher than FocusT’s direct prices.

 When a company requests to end its subscription, the contract will terminate starting from the next month. For example, if the cancellation is submitted in August, the company will still be charged for August, and access will remain available until the end of September to allow time for exporting or copying all necessary data.

 Yes. When you cancel, access will remain available until the end of the following month to allow time for exporting or copying all necessary data.

 Yes. For organizations with more than 100 users, please contact FocusT or your local partner to discuss a custom pricing plan.

 It depends on your package:

  • Free Trial: 1 month attendance data retention
  • Basic: 6 months attendance data retention, 3 months screenshot storage
  • Advanced: 6 months attendance data retention, 6 months screenshot storage, 7 days video recording storage

 Yes. For organizations wishing to host FocusT on their own infrastructure, we recommend contacting a local FocusT partner who can provide on-site setup and support.

What if there’s no partner in our region for self-hosting setup? If no partner is available in your region, FocusT can perform the setup:

  • In-person setup (travel costs covered by the customer), or
  • Remote setup via Zoom/Google Meet with your IT specialist — free of charge, as long as your specialist provides active support.
